Education is a basic human right

Yet those who need education the most – children living in poverty – are the least likely to attend and complete school.

God's Divine Supply Is Yours Today!

Throughout the Old and New Testaments, the Lord instructs us as His children to worship Him through our giving. Jesus Christ said, “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again” (Luke 6:38).

He also warns us, “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also” (Matthew 6:19-21).

Paul the apostle tells us that we receive in proportion to our giving:

He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work. (2 Corinthians 9:6-8)

We reap what we sow. If we sow a small handful of corn or wheat in a field, we can expect only a small harvest. On the other hand, if we sow several large barrels of seed, we will reap an abundant harvest.

Your harvest depends on the amount of seed you sow at seedtime!

Paul also says that when we give to the Lord liberally, when we give according to God's plan and purpose, we can expect to receive an abundant harvest from Him. There is no doubt about that fact.

It's an eternal fact and an unfailing law—you can never lose when you give to God in expectation of the harvest. You can count on it!

When I say, according to the proportion that you sow, I mean that you will receive according to the measure that you use when you give. Look back at the last portion of Luke 6:38, “For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”

Mete in this verse means “measure,” so the Lord Jesus was saying that with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you. If you give liberally to the Lord, He will bless you and prosper you abundantly. You will receive abundance in return. If you give little, you will receive little. You cannot expect much if you sow little.

After Paul reminded the church in Corinth of the law of the spiritual harvest, he told them that God loves a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9).

Sadly, some Christians today give when they feel pressured or guilted by gimmickry. That is not what the Word of God teaches. The Bible says that only when we give from our hearts will God respond!

The Lord encourages us to test him by giving our tithes and offerings cheerfully, freely, and willingly, and then see the glorious results (Malachi 3:10).

God wants us to give from our hearts, not from our heads. If you faithfully and willingly give to God, if you plant seed according to His Word and will, then God's promises of blessing and prosperity belong to you!

There is no question—you will reap an abundant harvest when you give freely!

In fact, the Lord promises that all sufficiency will be given to you: “God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work” (2 Corinthians 9:8). Notice the word all.

You will have all sufficiency in all things!

The word sufficiency is translated from the Greek word autarkeia. It actually means “full supply for all your needs.”

Think about it! God wants to give you a full supply to meet every need in your life. All-sufficiency! A full supply in all things!

The Amplified Version of that passage reads:

God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation]. (2 Corinthians 9:8)

In this verse Paul the apostle not only refers to spiritual blessings but also to financial blessings!

As you give to God, He promises to pour out His blessings into your life in such an abundant way that you will lack nothing.

That is a promise of divine sufficiency in your life!

That is a promise of a continual flow of God's blessing in your life to meet every need you will ever face!

So today, regardless of the financial needs you may be up against right now, God's promise to you is divine and total sufficiency. He will meet your needs.

Do not allow the devil, the enemy of your soul, to intimidate you and fill your mind with worry and doubt. Keep planting your seeds. Keep giving to God. Keep believing and expecting Him to fulfill His divine promise.

Sow your seed and begin to walk in His divine sufficiency!

For we know it is “not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts” (Zechariah 4:6)...

Preaching the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ,
teaching the unchanging Word of God, and
expecting the mighty and miraculous
power of the Holy Spirit,

God directed us by a direct word as you help us build this school for the less priviledged. The Word of the Lord came to us right at this table right here in this studio and said “I am bringing a million Partners to you. You will be the biggest Holy Ghost gang on the earth.” I got so excited I jumped. I knocked my teacup over and slopped it all over everything. It was so thrilling and it is as thrilling to me today as it was then. And it’s growing and growing and growing and one can put a thousand to flight a million…whew! That is beyond exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think. We’d love for you to join this team. Praise God! We’re not only here for you, we’re here because of you. Praise God! We invite you to become out Partners.

Father, we pray over all of our Partners. We pray in the name of Jesus that we prosper and be in health even as our soul prospers. We pray the 23rd Psalm and we receive Jesus the shepherd over this team of Partners. And we pray the 91st Psalm and we say of the Lord that you’re our refuge, you’re our fortress and we dwell in the secret place of the Most High God. And we place our love upon you. We love the Lord our God with all our heart, all our soul, all our mind and strength. And because we place our love upon you, you’re with us in the time of trouble and you show us your salvation. And with long life you satisfy all of us. We believe all of the promises of the 91st Psalm, the 103rd Psalm and all of its benefits. Praise God! Our youth is renewed like the eagles and sickness and disease taken from the midst of us and angels assigned to us to prosper us. We thank you that our inequities are wiped away…every sickness and every disease. Gone! And we thank you for the whole 54th chapter of the book of Isaiah. And no weapon formed against us can prosper. Ephesians 1:16-23…praise God…opening the eyes of our understanding and filling our hearts with the light of the revelation of who He is and of who we are in Him. Oh, dear God. Ephesians 3:14-20…absolutely filled with all the fullness of God according to the power and the blessing and the Word that’s working inside of us. Oh glory! Colossians 1:9,10,11…that we walk worthy of the Lord, walking worthy in the power of God, walking worthy in this earth and who we are in Christ Jesus and who He is in us. And knowing who we are and what we are. And exercising our faith daily, hourly, every moment by moment throughout our lives. We hold our Partners up to you. ! Thessalonians 5…praise God…oh dear Lord…that we be made whole spirit and soul and body and financially and socially. Praise God! All of our lives made whole in Christ Jesus. We pray it for our Partners, And of course the great promise of Zachariah 9:11 and 12…that ye be made double, that we increase, that we double in the power of the Lord. We receive the double. Praise God! We thank you for it. We plead the blood over our Partners for protection against every evil spirit, every evil person, every evil thing, every evil plan of the devil. Satan’s plans are thwarted and bound and rendered helpless in the lives of all of our Partners everywhere throughout the earth. And we walk in this, we pray it, we believe it, we receive it because of the blood of the Lamb. And we thank you and we praise you and we pray the perfect will of God for our Partners, for their plans, their pursuits, insights, concepts, ideas all from heaven. And we thank you.

 speaking in tongues.

And we receive utterance in the Holy Ghost. And we pray utterance by the spirit for all of our Partners everywhere to be blessed. The Garden of Eden to be manifest around them. We receive it. We receive it in Jesus’ name. Amen. Hallelujah.

We love you. We’re here for you. . That’s the prayer that this ministry prays every day for our Partners. Glory to God! That’s the reason I make those scripture references at the end of the letters. Now you start praying them. You go through them. Not just for your family and yourself, but for all the other Partners. Praying for one another. Believing for one another. Standing on the Word of God. Amen.

God loves you and we love you and…Jesus Is Lord!

                                                  The Battle for Your Garden

There is a very real spiritual battle that is going on in the life of every Christian, and it revolves around your spiritual “garden,” which is the ground of your heart. The enemy is constantly seeking to overtake Believers’ lives by planting the wrong kinds of seeds within them. He does this through thought injections that are designed to create wrong images in their minds. As a soldier in the army of the Lord, it is your responsibility to vigilantly guard your heart and mind, with the Word of God. This will keep the weeds out of your garden and ensure that the seed of God’s Word grows up in your life to produce an abundant harvest. Every day, Christians are barraged with images, words, and suggestions that try to sway them away from the truth of God’s Word. Whether it is a news report that glorifies the work of the enemy, an ungodly television show, or even a billboard that promotes an ungodly lifestyle, there is no escaping the fact that we live in an environment that is determined to plant the wrong seeds in us. But God has given us His bag of seed that we must plant in our hearts. It will grow healing, deliverance, financial wealth, joy, peace, happiness, and all kinds of promises from God. The key to making sure your garden stays “weed-free” is to guard it. You must continually keep scriptures before your eyes, in your ears, and coming out of your mouth. Satan is on a mission to try to dominate your life, and all he has to do to accomplish his goal is to get you to think about his suggestions. Though they may sound good, don’t take the bait. It is critical that you become a custodian over your thought life and refuse to accept the enticement of the devil. Adam and Eve fell prey to his schemes in the Garden of Eden because they failed to guard what God had entrusted to them. Satan showed up in the form of a serpent and made a suggestion to Eve. His question, “Hath God said…?” planted a seed of doubt in her mind as to the validity of God’s instructions to her and her husband. Although God had already told them that if they ate the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil they would surely die, Satan challenged God’s Word. Isn’t that what he is doing today in the lives of Christians? God has said one thing, and Satan comes with a contradictory statement to try and get us to doubt or question whether or not God’s way is best.

Understanding the purpose of a thing helps one to maximize the benefit thereof. God wants His children to prosper, but why? What is the purpose of His blessings? Myles Munroe once said, “When the purpose of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable.”

If you don’t understand the blessing of God, there is the tendency for you not to be committed to what makes people to prosper. You may therefore not be able to commit yourself to covenant demands of prosperity. If by any form of mercy, you see something that looks like prosperity, you may abuse it. So, it is essential that we know why and how God blesses His children.

Why God Blesses?

1. You are blessed essentially to be a blessing. You never get blessed anymore than you are committed to be a blessing. Abraham was not only blessed, all the generations after him were blessed. Gen. 12:1-3. He had not just prosperity but prosperity with posterity.

So, you are not blessed to be an accumulator; you are blessed to be a distributor. You are not blessed to be a collector rather to be a channel of blessing.

2. To establish His covenant. Ps. 89:34. God gives us power to get wealth in order to establish His covenant as clearly spelt out in Deuteronomy 28:1-14. (Deut. 8:18).

3. To rescue us from shame. Joel 2:23-27. God’s blessings not only make us rich, they rescue us from shame. When you connect with God’s blessings, shame will bow out of your life.

4. To be a promoter of His kingdom. Hag. 1:5. The level you are committed to promoting His kingdom will determine the level to which He will ever bless you.

5. God blesses us so we can enjoy life. Deut. 8:18. God’s ultimate plan for us is to enjoy life more abundantly. That is, to enjoy all-round multiplication, living in godly houses, enjoying life and not enduring life.

How God Blesses His People

1. Through priestly or prophetic blessings. Num. 6:22-27. Abraham the blessed was a product of priestly blessings. Even though God made the promise to Abraham, He needed to bring him under the priestly blessing of Melchizedek. Gen. 14:18-19.

2. Through rain of divine ideas. Every empire is built on an idea. Access to inspired ideas is key to building a financial empire. Mal. 34:10; Gen. 7:11. Abraham built the first cattle ranch through inspired ideas. Gen. 30:37.

3. God blesses through parental blessings. Gen. 27:2-4, 27-29. God has reserved blessings in our parents for us. For instance, Joseph had a blessing of his father on him, which kept him alive and made him indestructible. All you need to do therefore is to maintain the position of a son or daughter to benefit from parental blessings. Parents here could be either biological or spiritual.

4. Through rain of divine favour. Favour is the cure to emptiness. It is the master key to a world of fortune. The first financial fortune recorded in the scripture came via divine favour. Ex. 12:13. It was a supernatural wealth transfer through the channel of divine favour. Giving is one of the way to provoke favour. Ps. 45:12.

5. God blesses us through the works of our hands. The blessing of God on the works of your hands is one of the channels He engages in unleashing His financial blessing on your life. When the blessing of God is upon your life, it readily shows. Jesus is Lord!

A light in the midst of darkness

You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hid. Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a peck-measure but on a lamp stand, and it gives light to all in the house. Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven.

—Jesus, Matthew 5:14-16 (The Amplified Bible)

Whether you are in a school or job setting, let me assure you, unbelievers are reading you like a book. Understand that people who do not know your God will probably not pick up the Bible and read it. But they will study your life, even from afar. You may not know who they are or what they do, but they notice you. And my prayer is that what they see in you will ignite within them a desire to enter a personal relationship with God.

This is why it is vitally important that we live the life of victory God has planned for His people. There is a reason why He blesses us. God wants us to find a way to do good things for others. He is looking for true Christians who can be a light in this dark world.
As a Christian, you may find that God often leads you into settings with many non-Christians. At times, you may look around and discover that you are the only Believer in certain places. Instead of becoming offended by everything that is going on around you, ask the Lord: is there something you want me to do here? Many times, God wants to use you to be a witness to people who do not know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

God wants His people to operate by His power and love on a day-to-day basis (John 13:35). In the grocery stores, malls, salons, barber shops, restaurants, on our jobs, etc., our lives should stand out, like a flashlight in a dark room. People everywhere should see Christians as loving, extraordinary people who change their immediate environment.

Our lives should exemplify that of a conqueror who constantly wins with tenacity and courage. This is why God wants us to meditate on His Word day and night. Then we are able to do what He says, and therefore, deal wisely in the world, making our way prosperous (Joshua 1:8). His Word is the origin of our prosperity. It is the origin of our financial stability, our healed bodies, our blessed families, and our overall success in life. As we live successful lives, we must always be mindful of who our source is. God blesses us to live successful lives so that we are empowered to bless others (Deuteronomy 8:18). When we let our lights shine, we prove to the world (or society) that there is a God, and He is good! More importantly, as people of integrity, excellence, and success, we serve as a part of His big, soul-winning plan! Let your light shine brightly for all to see.

What’s Your Love Language?

What’s Your Love Language?

by Taffi Dollar

While once preparing to teach on The Five Languages of Love, I began thinking about the rivaling siblings often seen on talk shows. The scenarios are always similar. Two people (perhaps sisters) raised in the same family, with the same parents, under the same roof, who shared the same bedroom talk about their childhood experiences as if they were total strangers. One sibling would feel he or she did not receive as much love as the other.

So how do we explain what happened here? It is not necessarily that the parents loved one of the children more than they did the other. More than likely, the parents simply did not communicate their love to that particular child in a way that particular child could understand. The way children feel and receive love is determined by their uniqueness and the love language of their parents. In other words, we receive love differently, based on who we are as individuals and how we receive the love that is given. Here is a list of five languages of love:

  1. Words of affirmation
  2. Quality time
  3. Giving gifts
  4. Acts of service
  5. Physical touch

There are different ways we express love. Unfortunately, some parents did not know how to communicate their love effectively. As a result, their children grew up to become heart-broken individuals. As adults, if they do not receive healing from the Word of God, bitterness will grow in their hearts. As a result, they will not know how to love others properly.

We often wonder why many teenage girls become promiscuous and end up getting pregnant. The root cause, many times, can be found in the answers to these questions. Did she feel loved and accepted? Did her parents communicate their love for her effectively? Likewise, when boys are eager to go out and join gangs, there is an underlying issue. They probably do not feel loved, accepted, valued, or secure at home.

It is very important that we, as parents, communicate love to our children in a way they can understand. This is not only true for parent-child relationships but also in marriages. What type of things do you do to communicate your love to your spouse? These things need to be discussed at length. Also, determine what type of love language you received as a child and discover the missing pieces.

It will be difficult to improve upon your love language if you do not know what true love is. True, unconditional love is not a feeling but a decision. Here is the biblical description of love taken from 1 Corinthians 13.

Love never gives up. Love cares more for others than self. Love doesn’t want what it doesn’t have. Love doesn’t strut, doesn’t have a swelled head, doesn’t force itself on others, isn’t always “me first,” doesn’t fly off the handle, doesn’t keep score of the sins of others, doesn’t revel when others grovel, takes pleasure in the flowering of truth, puts up with anything, trusts God always, always looks for the best, never looks back, but keeps going into the end (The Message Translation).

Now that you know what true love is and what love languages are about, I urge you to find out the love language your loved ones receive best from you and begin to operate in love on a higher level!
